[UPDATE: Thanks to Charles Kuffner at Off The Kuff, here is a hard copy of the actual complaint. ]
Sen. Frank Malda, currently in a heated primary with Rep. Carlos Uresti in SD 19, was named in a complaint filed with the Bexar County DA’s office today asking for a criminal investigation into apparrent Election Code violations in this cycle and going back to 1993.
And, the complaint was filed by none other than attorney to the Democratic stars, Cris Feldman with Ivey, Crews & Elliott in Austin. You’ll no doubt recall Cris represented the group that sued Texans for a Republican Majority last cycle and the Dems who sued following the 2002 elections.
