A New Contributor, A Special Contribution

If you read my From The Blogs posts frequently, you know I’ve been reading a lot about the ongoing saga involving the head of the Edcouch-Elsa ISD Board of Trustees down in the Rio Grande Valley. And, for my money, one of the best Bloggers to keep up with this has been Hector Gomez of RGV Politics.
Having read Hector’s blog and been impressed with his coverage of not only the E-E ISD saga but of politics in the RGV in general, I’ve asked Hector to join us here at Capitol Annex and grace us with his presence as a regular contributor. And, he has agreed.
His first appearance in the Annex will be Friday, when he will give us a round-up and look back at the Edcouch-Elsa ISD saga. From then on out, he’ll write for the Annex as he feels he has something to contribute concerning politics in the Rio Grande Valley. We look forward to his contributions, and to having a contributor from the RGV.
