Burnt Orange Report: An Open Letter to Comptroller Strayhorn. Phillip Martin has an open letter criticizing Carole Keeton Strayhorn for failing to take action earlier concerning the lobbyist payments she stopped yesterday, and chastising her for continuing payments to another lobbyist.
