Because David Wallace has, since April, consistently made decisions and engaged in actions that have turned off the precinct chairs in three of the four counties in CD22 -- and a majority of those in Fort Bend County as well. Vince — it is more likely that you will be the GOP nominee for CD22 than it is that David Wallace will get the nod.
