Leninger Lawsuit Costs Texas’ Employee Retirement System $1.5 million

If you haven’t heard about the lawsuit against James Leininger’s Kenetic Concepts that has now cost the state employee retirement system $1.5 million dollars, check out this post at BOR. If it wasn’t for redistricting, this would be the top news on blogs today.

Boiling this all down to the noodles, James Leininger’s legacy of corruption has cost Texas once again.

    Does $221 million judgement mean that Leininger is down to his last $79 million and nobody loves him anymore?
    And can we make this stick to Perry and Craddick?
