Hidalgo County Judge Won’t Oppose Cuellar

Hidalgo County Judge Ramon Garcia has announced he won’t oppose Congressman Henry Cuellar in the newly redrawn 28th Congressional District.
After fueling media speculation that he would run earlier this week, he says he won’t run in spite of encouragement for him to do so.
