Carole Strayhorn…Give Back Money? Ha, Ha, Ha.

Chris Bell has challenged Comptroller Cartman to give back money she’s received from members of the H.B. Zachary Family, otherwise known as the Patron Saints of the Trans Texas Corridor.

To which Comptroller Cartman replied:

“Give back my money! Ha ha! Never. How would you guys like to suck my ?

Ok, Carole Keeton McClellan Rylander Strayhorn (aka Comptroller Cartman) didn’t really say that. But she ain’t giving the money back, and accused the Chris Bell campaign of pulling a political stunt by even asking.

Political stunt or not (remember 2004 & the TRMPAC money?), it’s a good lithmus test for Strayhorn. Many candidates across the country have given back DeLay money, or given back money from donors who they now realize support causes that they themselves are opposed to. So, why not give back the money?

I mean, $29,000 in a pool of like eight million is nothing anyway, right? So why not write H.B. Zachary a nice letter and tell him to please take back his money?

Because Carole Keeton Strayhorn can’t. Like the whore who has slept with every man in the tenement house, if Strayhorn started giving back money to people who she says she no longer agrees with, she’d be more broke than Tom DeLay’s ARMPAC.

After all, she’d have to give James Leininger back a massive ton of money. At the rate she changes her mind, she’d be taking in a check one day and returning it the next.
