Harris County Bible Display Is Unconstitutional

Via Jurist, the Fifth Court of Appeals ruled yesterday that the Bible included in a monument in front of the Harris County courthouse promotes Christianity and violates the U.S. Constitution. [Paging Greg Abbott!]
