CD 22: Who The Hell Is Don Richardson?

David Wallace already has some company in the write-in market in CD-22. Retired Air Force Maj. Don Richardson, who I believe is the same Don Richardson who ran as an independent for Lloyd Bentsen’s unexpired term in 1993, has filed with the SOS. Richardson also got a paltry single vote (possibly his own) in the now notorious CD-22 poll done by the GOP a while back.
Anyone who knows anything else about Richardson, by all means: please advise in the comments.
