Will Wallace Drop Out?

By now, you’ve no doubt heard that David Wallace will be holding a press conference on Monday to address the CD-22 race.
One of my sources in Sugar Land just emailed me and said Wallace will stay in. Another source says he’s out, but with no endorsement for Sekula-Gibbs.
Still another source is hearing speculation that he may be planning a lawsuit to challenge write-in voting via E-Slate as a disenfranchisement tactic.
Now that is a laugh.
