Ortiz, Hinojosa To Be Honored By Boy Scouts

As an Eagle Scout myself (upon whose chest my badge was not pinned by a young George W. Bush) I found this interesting and worthy of note:
The Rio Grande Council of Boy Scouts of America will honor part of the South Texas Congressional Delegation, U.S. Reps. Ruben Hinojosa and Solomon P. Ortiz, at the annual Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner on Sept. 23, at the Marine Military Academy in Harlingen.
