She May Lead, But Will People Bother To Write Her In?

The Rosenberg Herald-Coster notes that Shelley Sekula-Gibbs says she is the “leader” of the CD-22 race by more than ten percentage points.

Of course, those numbers came from a smearing, smarmy push poll. And, just because she’s leading in her own poll doesn’t mean people are going to bother to write her in. They’ll say one thing during a phone survey, but no doubt perhaps do something a bit differently when they are forced to spend five minutes trying to write her name in on Election Day.

So far I’ve heard no response from Harris County Clerk Beverly Kaufman that write-in balloting on the e-slate machines can cause cellulite and erectile dysfunction.
