DNC’s Texas Blogger’s Group

Thanks to the new party-building tools of the DNC, Texas Democratic Bloggers have a special group set up over at Democrats.org.

The group, Texas Bloggers, is open to all Democratic Texas Bloggers regardless of the size of your blog or whether you are covering politics in just your region of Texas or the whole state.

I’ve been asked to help moderate the group, so I wanted to extend, via the blog, an invitation to all of you Texas Democratic bloggers out there to join up.

The group includes a listserv, so bloggers from across the state can keep in touch and discuss political and outreach issues.

To join, follow the link above, and click on the “join” button. You’ll need to set up an identity through Democrats.org if you don’t already have one, though. In your profile, please include the name of your blog and its URL so I’ll know you’re a blogger.

Be patient, though, once you join, you have to be manually approved; I’ll do that as fast as I can, though!
