What Happened To The Commenters?

For the past few weeks, we’ve had a number of old and new folks commenting. This week and late last week, though (even though traffic continues to go up), people have stopped commenting.
Have I pissed everyone off? Are you just tired? You don’t like what I’m writing??? What??? I’m getting a complex here!
Anyway, to all of you readers, consider this an invitation to de-lurk. Post a comment! Tell us more of what you’d like to see on CapitolAnnex.

I have noticed on several sites a severe drop-off of commenters, including my humble site.
This, at a time when the election is heating up, and when one would expect more than ever folks to throw in their two-cents.
Although you can always count on me, I too, have been feeling pretty low energy.
I’ll be happy to pick a fight if you want?
Well, as you know, I prefer not to discuss religion or politics in public…
