CD 14: Sklar Fought The Good Fight!

Shane Sklar has formally conceded in CD 14. He put up a good fight and was an excellent TexRoots candidate. Here’s his statement, more on the numbers later:
Tonight, I want to thank the tireless supporters, friends, state and local candidates, and members of my family who have worked shoulder to shoulder with me in this race. I had hoped to bring a victory home for them, but I know our work in this campaign has had a profound impact on this district nonetheless. And that work is not done. I look forward to our future efforts together to improve our community.
Shane will be a great candidate in 2008, no doubt.
