CD 22: Lampson Leads

Lampson has a narrow lead in CD 22. It is unknown how many precincts are in, however; it appears to only be the early vote but the SOS does not say specifically:
Lampson:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 50.37%—-14624
Smither:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 4.60%—–1336
Sekula-Gibbs: 44.48%—-12914
That doesn’t make a whole lot of sense against what I am seeing of the early Fort Bend votes Lampson/Gibbs:
