CD 23: Looks Like A Runoff!

I hear that a couple of boxes are still out, but it looks like a runoff between Ciro Rodriguez and Henry Bonilla!
More later! Bonilla is under 48 percent right now.
We hope to have an interview with Ciro tonight.
