HD 32: Too Close To Call

Assuming much of Galveston County remains out (70.13 percent of precincts reporting district wide), Gene Seaman has 48.54 percent to Democrat Juan Garcia’s 45.56 percent. It appears the Libertarian, Lenard L. Nelson, who holds 5.90 percent of the vote and has seriously overperformed if the SOS’s results are correct, may have cost Democrats this election.
