HOUSE RACE UPDATE 2

HD 33: Capitol Annex Projects Solomon P. Ortiz, Jr. to win this district. He presently has 52.06 percent of the vote with 97.73 percent of the vote in.

HD 47: Valinda Bolton has a lead, 50.11 to 45.84 for Welch. A Libertarian is holding 4.05 of the vote—clearly away from Welch in this case.

HD 50: Capitol Annex projects Mark Strama the winner with 81.40 percent of precincts in, he has a 61.83 lead over Jeff Fleece and a Libertarian.

HD 52: Mike Krusse, the incumbent Republican who helped carry water for the Trans Texas Corridor has only 50.02 percent of the vote with what appears to be only the early vote in. Democrat Karen Felthauser has just over 45 (45.09) percent with a LIbertarian holding the remainder in this district.

HD 125: Capitol Annex projects Joaquin Castro the winner, 57.75 percent of the vote with nearly 95 percent of precincts in.

HD 126: With 41.38 percent of precincts counted, Democrat Chad Khan trials Patricial Harless 30.32/67.25

HD 129: With 68.42 percent of the vote in, Sherrie Matula trails ethically-challenged Republican John Davis (57.32/42.68).

HD 133: With 62.50 percent of precincts reporting, Democrat Kristi Thibaut trails Jim Murphy, 56.39/41.13/2.48.

HD 134: Democrat Ellen Cohen leads Martha Wong 54.29/46.63 with 41.51 percent of precincts in.

HD 138: McDavid trails Bohac with 25.93.

HD 149: With 20.83 percent of the boxes counted, Vo leads Helfin 52.13/47.87.
