CD 32: Juan Garcia Slightly Behind

There is one box left, and Juan Garcia is about 24 votes behind.
Yes, I said 24 votes.
Yes, for perhaps the first time that I can remember (excluding Vo), a major state rep contest took two days to decide. Bizarre.
Actually, Juan was 97 votes AHEAD early this morning when the Secretary of State told them to shut it down for the night. The remaining votes are from a heavily Democratic precinct. The manual recount should be completed in about a hour and a half, but it is all but certain that Juan will win.
