TXU Trying To Appease Environmental Groups That Oppose Power Plants

More than a month after an administrative judge declined to recommend necessary permits for one of TXU’s new coal power plants, the energy giant is now trying to appease environmental groups.
Basically, TXU says they are going to delay construction by five months and take some remedial measures to make the plant operate in only a minimally less polluting manner.
