HR 34: Floor Priviliges

HR 34 has been distributed…someone said they didn’t and Williams said, “it’s in the mail.” Oh, what charming dry wit!
I am sure he is not relishing the fact that’s herding these cats today (oh, MY dry wit!).
Williams: “Does Everyone now have a copy of HR 34 on your desk?”
They need more people to pass out papers. Secretary Williams needs to appoint some “secretary’s helpers” or something.
Idle again at 1:33.
The Resolution is now being read (for floor priviliges) by Chisum.
Pending election of the speaker: Everyone is barred from inside the rail except members, families and staff I believe. Chisum says it is a housekeeping resolution.
No objection. Passed.
