HR 36 (Final Resolution) With An Amendment

By Allen Vaught (D-Dallas), after nominations and seconds, allows candidates to be recognized to speak. Candidate’s address cannot exceed 10 minutes in length.

Very, very rare for a brand new freshman to get this much face time at this point in the game.
This is a very, very interesting resolution. He has moved for passage.

Ok, now HR 36 is withdrawn.
