Liveblogging The Speakers Race & Rule’s Debate

Since evidently every person in the state of Texas is home liveblogging the speaker’s race, we’ve had a lot of difficulty getting online to watch what is going on. It’s taken all of 15 minutes just to be able to access the main page of the House of Representatives. Evidently, the state is short on bandwidth or something…who knows.
Anyway, the liveblogging will commence below the jump (assuming the video works…)
