SOS says we’re going through a hypothetical.
King says we are trying to avoid a lot of unnecessary work.
SOS says raise it when it comes up.
King asks if it is appropriate when the amendment comes up od during the speaker’s vote.
SOS asks if we are assuming secret ballot has passed.
SOS says the proper time is when it comes up for a vote.
2:34: SOS asks if all amendments are submitted. One more is being waited on. shouldn’t be too much longer, Williams says.
