Rules Adopted For Speaker’s Election?

It appears, after one parlimentary inquirey over whether or not Craddick would be at the podium with the parlimentarian, the same rules as used for the 79th Legislature’s speaker election were adopted.
Then, the sound cut out, so we have no idea what is going on now.
