We’re Calling It For Craddick…Maybe…

A vote has yet to be taken on the floor of the House to actually elect a speaker, but we’re considering calling this election for Tom Craddick already. So far, every Democrat on the videos that were shot outside the Austin Club the other night has stayed true to Craddick—down to voting against secret ballots.
It appears that Pitts simply does not have enough Republicans to win this one. With a secret ballot almost totally out of the question now, I think it goes to Craddick.
