Amendment By Leibowitz

(does that name sound familiar? That’s my uncle!)
Amendment would require a description of substantive changes by the Senate to House bills and that it be provided to House members 12 hours before they become eligible to be voted upon.
“This amendment would provide members with a complete description of the amendments before we agree to adopt them.”
The amendment is acceptable to Solomons…no objection.
