		<description>Regarding the HPV vaccine bill, I'm not so keen on that.  As someone who is pro-choice, I do not believe the government should be mandating health-care decisions for young women.  While I certainly do hope that the vaccine will help to stop the spread of HPV, and that the cost will come down to the level where most young women and their parents will choose it, I just don't like the principal of it.
