A Slow Start This Friday Morning….

We here in the Annex beg your indulgence this Friday morning, as we’re getting off to a slow start here at Capitol Annex World Headquarters.
Ellie, Capitol Annex’s Official Mascot, was very unruly this morning and caused a delay. Plus, we do not have any interns, staffers, lackeys, flunkues, etc., that we can assign to do our blogging for us.
Therefore, we ask unanimous consent to take up Capitol Annex Resolution Number 2,829,988 to suspend all nessecary rules to get things done as quickly as possible. This will require a 4/5ths Majority Vote.
