Hillary Clinton’s ‘Bloody Sunday’ Speech

Presidential contender Hillary Clinton (D-NY) was in Selma, Alabama today to commemorate the anniversary of “Bloody Sunday.”

While cleaning house this afternoon, I caught part of her speech on C-SPAN. The Montgomery Advertiser has more, and, though I’m still hoping to find a transcript, it was one of the best speeches I’ve heard in a while and I especially enjoyed the emphasis she placed on the Voting Rights Act:
“The voting rights act it is the gift that keeps on giving,†Clinton said.
She had much more to say on that topic, but I have yet to find good coverage.
