Phillips has an Amendment to Gaddis’ Amendment (it’s Amendment 9).
It dumps some of the 30 and 90 day language.
It would allow a prosecutor to prosecute someone for repeat offenses within the 30 day period that was discussed in Gaddis’ amendment.
