Senate Has Numerous Bills On Second Reading Today

The Texas Senate has a number of bills to consider on Second Reading today when it convenes.
The schedule can be found here. Among other things, there are a couple of defibrillator bills, a couple of disaster bills (including one concerning confiscation of firearms), and everything else from legislation related to county bail bond boards to legislation relating to motorists passing bicycles.
