There should be more to a report than cold statistics. There are as many injured at home by siblings as there in LSS. Probley more. Granted there is not enough employees as needed, is there anywhere?? Fix the problems, don't up root these clients and change their entire life. Some of them would never be able to function in a group home or on their own, they are in their best setting. FIX THE PROBLEM, DON'T THROW THEM AWAY!!!!
