80th Legislature: Gas Tax Over Toll Roads?

Pick one: an increase in the gas tax or toll roads. You have ten seconds.
Did you make a selection? With gas creeping ever closer to $3.00 a gallon and not likely to go back down, neither option is very palatable. The gas tax is regressive and hurts the poorest the worst. Tolls hurt everyone and are awful projects in most cases.
