Motion To Vacate After SB 10?

Just got an email from a Capitol source who tells me someone will be making a motion to vacate the chair after SB 10 is voted on. No clue if that’ll happen and no hint as to who will be making the motion, but Craddick is not presently in the Chair. I assume they can still make this motion while he’s not in the chair, but I’m no expert on House Rules.

Ah, the rumor mill: how it doeth swirl!
