The list is a lot longer than that, given what Craddick has been handing out all session. The State Historic Sites and millions of associated dollars, for example, were handed to his buddy and major supporter John Nau--chairman of the rinky-dink Texas Historical Commission. All under the guise of logical stewardship agency, blah, blah, blah. Harvey Hilderbran was the conduit--in exchange for his pledge to Craddick. Oh, and Hilderbran is getting a new museum in his district. Nice party favor in exchange for a new Speaker's apartment.
