Blog Vacation!

Following the 80th Legislature’s fantastic meltdown, we’re taking a one week hiatus here at Capitol Annex. We hate to do this, but we need to regroup an take care of some administrative work associated with the blog. We’ll be back either later this week or over the weekend. In the meantime, consider this an open thread.
