Noriega To Announce Exploration

State Rep. Lt. Col. Rick Noriega (D-Houston) will announce the formation of his exploratory committee to look at a run for U.S. Senate on Thursday at the Texas Capitol. The announcement will be at 11 a.m. at the Heroes of the Alamo Monument on the Capitol’s South Side. We’re excited to see this and wish Rep. Noriega the best of luck.
