Congressional Delegation Performance On Iraq Redeployment

This week, the U.S. House voted on the Responsible Redeployment from Iraq Act, HR 2956. All of the state’s Democratic Congressmen voted for it, while all Republicans (save Ron Paul, who evidently wasn’t in the House that day) voted against it.

Anyway, here’s how it broke down (overall passage was 223-201):

Democrats – Cuellar, Y; Doggett, Y; Edwards, Y; Gonzalez, Y; Green, Al, Y; Green, Gene, Y; Hinojosa, Y; Jackson-Lee, Y; Johnson, E. B., Y; Lampson, Y; Ortiz, Y; Reyes, Y; Rodriguez, Y.

Republicans – Barton, N; Brady, N; Burgess, N; Carter, N; Conaway, N; Culberson, N; Gohmert, N; Granger, N; Hall, N; Hensarling, N; Johnson, Sam, N; Marchant, N; McCaul, N; Neugebauer, N; Paul, X; Poe, N; Sessions, N; Smith, N; Thornberry, N.

Typical. Sadly typical.
