Texas Congressmen Do State A Disservice On CHIP

If you are watching C-SPAN right now, you know that Congressmen Jeb Hensarling (R-Dallas), Joe Barton (R-Ennis) and Michael Burgess have been doing Texans a disservice with their idiotic behavior s on the CHIP debate.
