We’re Back!
Ok, ok, ok. You can calm down now.
Capitol Annex is back. We just had a very busy week and simply could not do much blogging. Thanks for all of the emails wondering where we were. And, in response to the numerous questions we received about where we were: no, we are/were not:
- Sick
- Dying
- Dead
- Switching parties and becoming Republicans
- Fatigued (well, maybe a little)
- Taking care of sick animals (the dogs are fine, thanks for asking)
- Suffering from carpal tunnel
- Hit by another spam attack (no, thank God, no)
- Suffering from that “diarrhea bug like the one that’s been going around El Paso” (especially since we don’t live in El Paso)
- Marching for the Jena 6 (though we support the cause).
- In Las Vegas to blog the OJ case.
- Just too lazy to blog.
While we’re on the subject, we thought we’d reprint a couple of emails asking where we were (with the author’s permission, of course):

Yeah, Capitol Annex is very sorry we missed all the blogging on that one. We welcome Mr. England to this side of the aisle and look forward with cautious optimism in anticipation of good things to come.
