We won’t belabor this story because Grits for Breakfast has already done excellent coverage, but we do want to note that Sharon Keller, Chief Justice of the Court of Criminal Appeals is subject to a complaint for her recent idiotic and unjust actions regarding a death penalty appeal. More here, here and the complaint here.
Hopefully, she’ll be removed from the bench and there will finally be a chance for the Court of Criminal Appeals to have competent leadership.
