It’s not often in Texas that you hear a candidate use the words “thank you” and “netroots” in the same sentence. Texas bloggers who have spent the last several months supporting Rick Noriega’s run for the U.S. Senate Seat against John Cornyn were very gratified a few moments ago to see this video on YouTube:
