Priceless. 

Carter is my rep, and he is all (not) about communication with his constituents. I've received about four or five recorded messages from him -- always during the dinner hour, when no one answers the phone -- saying how sorry he was to have missed us because we could've been part of some conference-call town hall thingy that we never hear about in advance. 

And his website, &lt;a href="http://redneckmother.blogspot.com/2007/10/s-chip-that-was-show-with-cute-cops.html" rel="nofollow"&gt; I've found,&lt;/a&gt; is pretty much useless and out of date. Although the poll numbers for his question on socialized medicine are pretty funny. I wonder if he knows they're there.</description>
