TX HD 75: Will Quintanilla Have An Opponent?

We missed this in the days before Christmas, but Vaqueros and Wonkeros has noted that State Rep. Chente Quintanilla (D-Socorro), may face an opponent in the form of an assistant principal in the Clint ISD: Carlos “Charlie” Garza.
To date, however Garza hasn’t filed. He has until 6 p.m. Friday to do so.
