Do You Think The Presidential Primary Will Make It To Texas?

Of course, we know, in theory, the presidential primary will make it to Texas. After all, it will be on the ballot regardless of what happens in Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada.

But, will it matter? There has been much speculation of late as to whether or not Texas might actually have a chance to matter in the presidential primaries this year.
