AG Will Investigate Harris County DA Rosenthal

Via AP, we learn that the Texas Attorney General’s office will investigate Travis County DA Chuck Rosenthal for conducting campaign business on county time and equipment. Given the uproar the Harris County GOP is in over Rosenthal, Abbott might actually make this investigation more than a “fox, henhouse” investigation, but don’t bet on it.
