In the race between Juan Escobar and South Padre Island alderman Tara Rios Ybarra, it appears that Ybarra is clearly the GOP candidate in the Democratic Primary. As if the photo below (which has been circulating on the Web for a while) wasn’t enough, Ybarra has received a whopping $50,000 from Texans for Lawsuit Reform according to the 30-day filing reports with the Texas Ethics Commission.
