Wednesday was a day of endorsements for Texas bloggers. From Burnt Orange Report to Capitol Annex to Eye on Williamson, bloggers were making their presidential preferences known.

Burnt Orange Report endorses Senator Barack Obama, which makes its way onto the front pages of Obama’s website. Additionally, Phillip Martin of Burnt Orange Report writes an interesting analytic post about “How Obama Can Win in Texas.

Gary Denton at Easter Lemming Liberal News finally made up his mind for Obama while coming up with
new Democratic slogans over the FISA vote. Hillary supporters will have to convince him why Texas is not like Virginia before the train completely pulls out. He had calculated a narrow Clinton win counting the super-delegates in Texas before
the Obama train picked up steam Tuesday.

WCNews at Eye On Williamson explains, Why I’m For Barack Obama.

Vince Leibowitz at Capitol Annex endorses Senator Hillary Clinton. Perry Dorrell (aka PDiddie) at Brains and Eggs is another former Edwards supporter, but he throws his support behind Obama.

Greg Wyeth at Greg’s Opinion takes a look at presidential ad buying.

Eileen Smith (aka Pink Lady) from In The Pink Texas continues to support Clinton in spite of the “Potomania” setbacks.

Job’s Anger notes that Obama has finally met his momentum.

Pink Dome notes that nobody is getting tickets to the presidential debate in Austin…unless you are somebody. The Houston Chronicle’s Texas Politics blog has an update on a ticket drawing announced by the Texas Democratic Party later in the day.

South Texas Chisme notes that South Texas loves Hillary Clinton. At A Capitol Blog, State Rep. Aaron Pena (D-Edinburg) has more on Hillary Clinton’s trip to South Texas.

The Texas Blue points out that AP explains it all, with regard to the Texas primary.

Blogs also made note of other endorsements, and controversies.

Again from Capitol Annez, Vince Leibowitz notes the endorsements of State Rep. Ana Hernandez (for Obama) and State Sen. Leticia Van de Putte (for Senator Clinton), and some problems the Archbishop of San Antonio has with a Clinton event at St. Mary’s University.
